Shipping policy

Processing Times

• Stock items: ship within 2–3 business days.
• Custom gloves: ship within 5–7 weeks after your order and design are confirmed.

You will receive an email confirmation when you place your order and tracking information when your order ships. Shipping rates and options are shown at checkout.

International Orders

All duties, taxes, customs, and import fees are the customer's responsibility. They are not included in our prices or shipping charges and are collected by your country's customs office or the carrier. If a package is refused or returned because these charges were not paid, original shipping and any duties are non-refundable.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or tracking shows it as lost, email info@jhprogloves.com within 7 days. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve it.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
